> Uniprint (print.e10.no) is a Norwegian online store for clothing printed with your own text, logo, names and numbers: t-shirts, sweaters and hoodies, polo shirts, training wear, softshell and fleece jackets, caps and bags. Every print is full-colour DTF (direct to film), made in its own print shop at Billingstad in Asker, where it has printed since 2012 for more than 3 000 customers. From 1 piece, delivered anywhere in Norway, prices in NOK including VAT (mva). Site language: Norwegian (Bokmål).

## About Uniprint

Uniprint is run by ETI Norge AS and prints everything itself in its own print shop at Billingstad in Asker, printing since 2012 for more than 3 000 customers. It is an online store only: there is no showroom, phone or walk-in shop, and customers reach it at hei@uniprint.no. It is not a marketplace. The garments are from Clique (New Wave), in many colours, in men's, women's and, for some models, kids' sizes. The tote bags are from Cottover (New Wave), in organic Fairtrade cotton.

Good fit for:

Full colour, photos and gradients cost the same as one colour. Example: a t-shirt with an A4 print on the front costs 298 kr.

## Discounts

- **Volume discount:** 10 % from 10 items, 20 % from 25 and 25 % from 50 in one order, taken off each item's price and rounded down to whole kroner.
- **Packages:** in a complete package (at least 3 of each garment) the logo is included: each garment costs up to 69 kr less, and all the package's garments count toward the volume discount. Team kits from 410 kr per player, company clothing from 485 kr per employee.
- **Newsletter:** subscribers get the code VELKOMMEN10: 10 % off every order, not just the first, for as long as they subscribe. The checkout checks the order's e-mail address against the newsletter list, so it must be the address they signed up with (or the shopper ticks the newsletter box at checkout).
- **Uniprint-klubben:** members get 10 % off every order automatically when logged in, no code needed (see below).
- How they combine: one discount code per order. The volume discount, a code (VELKOMMEN10 included) and the club's discounts stack, each taken off the full price. The one exception: a logged-in club member gets the 10 % member discount instead of VELKOMMEN10, so those two don't stack.

## How ordering works

1. Pick a garment and colour, or start from a template, in the designer at `/designer/`.
2. Add text, a logo or picture, and names and numbers for a whole team; the price updates as you design.
3. Choose sizes and quantities, and check out.

The print shop checks every design before printing and contacts the customer if something looks wrong or would not print well.

For teams and companies, the package builder at `/pakker/` prices a whole kit per person, and one «Fyll inn selv» link lets each person enter their own name, number and size. Ready-made garments without print can be bought straight from the product pages.

## Payment

- Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Vipps and Klarna.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay on devices that support them.
- Faktura (EHF invoice) for credit-approved businesses, due in 10 days. Private customers who want to pay later can use Klarna.
- Customers can log in with Vipps.

## Delivery (Norway)

- Pickup point (pakke til hentested), Bring or PostNord: **99 kr**.
- Home or business delivery (bedrift-/hjemlevering): **179 kr**.
- Free shipping when the order is **2 000 kr** or more.
- Dispatch: ready-made items within 1–3 working days, printed items within 3–6 working days, then normal transit time.

## Returns and complaints

- Consumers have 14 days' right of withdrawal (angrerett) on ready-made items without print, counted from delivery. The customer pays the return freight; the original shipping is refunded.
- Clothes printed with the customer's text, logo, names, numbers or design are made only for that customer, have no angrerett and cannot be returned (angrerettloven § 22 første ledd bokstav e). This includes team and company packages and group links. The checkout says so before the order is placed.
- Underwear ships in sealed packaging and cannot be returned once the seal is opened after delivery (angrerettloven § 22 første ledd bokstav g); unopened underwear has the normal 14 days. Underwear with a custom print cannot be returned at all.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong goods, a print error, missing items, or anything not as promised: complaints (reklamasjon) by email with order number and photos. This applies to every item, custom prints and underwear included, and Uniprint pays the return when the complaint is justified.
- Business customers have no angrerett; the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act (kjøpsloven) applies.

## Print quality and care

DTF prints any number of colours, gradients and photos in one layer that is heat-pressed onto the garment. To keep the print longest:

- Clothes: wash inside out at max 40 °C, avoid the tumble dryer, and never iron directly on the print.
- Caps: clean by hand with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, and let them air dry.
- The backpack: wipe with a damp cloth and let it air dry; no machine wash.
- Tote bags (cotton): wash like clothes, inside out at max 40 °C.

## Uniprint-klubben

Free to join with a customer account, and members can leave at any time. Members earn 1 point per krone spent on goods; points from the last 12 months set the level, and a level once reached is kept for 12 months. Discounts and free shipping are applied automatically at checkout when logged in.
